I am Katalin Révész, the founder and co-owner of Karakter Home.

I have been working as a real estate agent for nearly eight years, specializing in both sales and rentals. I have successfully handled numerous transactions, and I am proud to say that I possess extensive professional experience.

In my work, client management is of utmost importance. I believe that long-term cooperation is built on trust, fairness, and communication grounded in mutual respect. It is no coincidence that a significant portion of my assignments comes from returning clients and referrals.

My primary goal is to quickly find the ideal buyer or tenant for property owners—and vice versa, to match property seekers with a home that truly meets their needs. To achieve this, it is essential that I fully understand the expectations of both parties. I firmly believe that a good real estate agent is also somewhat of a psychologist, as insight into human nature and effective communication are key in this field.

Over the years, I have established strong relationships with relocation companies, embassies, and multinational corporations, enabling me to serve both Hungarian and international clients. I am a native-level English speaker—having grown up in the USA—which allows me to assist with drafting contracts in English.
